We are a ma and pop shop/food truck called Jellybean and Julia's. Our business is named after our daughter's middle names... yes, her middle name really IS Jellybean... ever read Even Cowgirls Get The Blues by Tom Robbins? Anyways...
We are a husband and wife team with the occasional brother-in-law that specialize in great handmade food! Our "deli", or as I like to call it, our "General Store" offers small portion lunches consisting of Panini sandwiches, handmade soups and sides for the lunch crowd. We also offer all other sorts of handmade baked goods that range from mini cheesecakes, onion tarts, muffins, bagels/spreads, cupcakes and cookies as well as other treats like fudge, granola bars, spiced nuts, bacon brittle and more!!!
In our little "Deli"/"General Store" we also sell our handmade condiments.

We have been open at our deli since June 2013. This was a brand new venture for us with almost NO preparation! We had been catering large & small events for the past 5 years & began operating a food truck for 1 year. Running a store was completely new to us, and we are learning as we go! FUN :) It is actually quite amazing and we have met MANY amazing people along the way!
We actually started in the BBQ competition world... nothing too crazy, but we did a handful of events and had a thirst for more. We bought a giant smoker & started catering for friends... then it evolved to friends of friends, then strangers. After a series of UNFORTUNATE events, we purchased our food truck! We first started hanging out in parking lots in Anoka County. We would go to businesses for lunch & liquor stores for dinner... and a winery on the weekends. We did that for 7 days a week for a season with moderate financial gain. The next year went much different. Only events. No more sitting, waiting, crossing fingers and losing money in the process. We TOTALLY LOVE our customers from Rum River, Goose Lake, Graco, MATE, etc., we would not be where we are now without you!!! Parking lot Food Truckin' in Anoka County is a tough business though, and by tough, I mean CRAPPY!!!!!!!!! Come find us at an event!! We still stay close to home!! But anyhoo....
Back to the "Deli"/"General Store"... That will be our forever home until we can't afford the rent, or get so awesome that we have to expand... So keep on stopping by!!! Our hours as of 12/2/13 will be 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday. We are now offering Scratch Made (handmade) "TV Dinners"!!! They are amazing full meals that you take home or back to the office to heat & eat!!! I am very limited as to what I can serve hot in the "deli", but I can whip up some awesome food on the food truck. Gourmet TV dinners... you just have to heat it up yourself! It actually works out pretty well that way. Come and check it out!
